How do I care for my embroidered item? TOP
All baby items can be washed and dried however, please take special care with your embroidered item. Do not wash it with other items that have buttons, zippers or anything else that could snag the embroidery. Shirts and other clothing items should be washed inside out on a gentle cycle unless specified otherwise in the garment. Baby Bop A Roo is not responsible for damage to the products by misuse or normal wear.
What does the price include? TOP
The price includes a personalization or monogram for all of our products. If you want a date, phrase or design, please contact us by phone or email to discuss additional charges.
How will my personal information be used? TOP
We love our privacy and respect yours. We will never sell or share your information with any outside party. Your information is solely used to process and ship your order. We do offer specials, product updates via an email newsletter throughout the year. You're email will be added to this list unless you specify that you do not want to receive the newsletter.
What is the sales tax? TOP
We charge 6.5% sales tax in Florida.
Can you rush an order for me? TOP
Orders will usually arrive within two weeks. If you need an order shipped ASAP, email or call us to see if we can accommodate your needs. If so, there will be a $5-10 surcharge for the expedited service (depending on the items ordered).
What forms of payment are accepted? TOP
Website orders require a credit card; we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you wish to pay by check, place your order through the Contact Us page or telephone (850-292-6571) and we will process the order once we receive your check.
What is the return policy? TOP
Customer satisfaction is important to us, so we’ll accept product returns on most non-personalized products in as-new condition within 30 days. Contact us by email in advance to discuss the circumstances of the return and receive instructions. We hope you’ll understand that all sales are final on personalized items.
